I've never really suffered from dry skin, however recent weeks of celebrating the end of first year exams have caused it to severely dehydrate. Switching from my usual Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion, to their moisturiser formulated for blemish prone skin didn't help (this stuff dried more than hydrated wierdly!) and nothing was helping to sort the increasingly dire situation out.
Cue the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask. Having read about this on a number of blogs, and only heard good things, I decided to give it a try. At £20, it is a little steeper in price than I would normally pay for a face mask, however I use only a pea sized amount each time to cover my whole face, and can see this lasting me for months.
The first thing I noticed was the smell - this stuff smells amaaaaaazing! Like mangos I would say, althought I'm awful at placing scents. Just lovely and fruity! You put it on before bed time just like a moisturiser (they say to tissue off the excess, but I don't do this) and wake up to beautifully soft and glowy skin. I wasn't blown away by the results the first time I used it, I'll be honest - my skin was softer yes, but nothing extraordinary. On the second use, I really started to see results. I've now fallen in love and am so glad I decided to purchase this - I cannot recommend it enough.
You can buy the Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask from quite a few places - their
