In previous years, I've gone out shopping the Boxing Day sales (never on the 26th itself though - I'd rather avoid the first mad rush to find a bargain!) however recently I've preferred to stay in with a cup of teak, snuggled up on the sofa and browse the sales online. A much more sensible option I think! This year, as I'm saving money, I haven't bought a single thing from the sales (yet!) and so far my resolve hasn't wavered - although I've been very tempted to give in at times. So I thought I'd have a little look at some of the sales and do some window shopping, making a wishlist along the way.

I started on Topshop, and didn't get a lot further! Their sale is really good this year, and surprisingly there are still quite a few things I want in there, which doesn't normally happen - the good stuff generally seems to get snapped up so quickly! The reductions are also actually worthy of putting on, as opposed to other high street stores...Zara, I'm looking at you! 10% off does not a sale make. I wanted a lot of stuff, so have made a more dressy wishlist, and a more cosy casual one...

I'd love to know if any of you have treated yourselves in the sale - I'm going to continue to admire everything from a distance, and hope I don't crack. The Nasty Gal sale is going to be my biggest challenge...
